According to my brother, Kelly Clarkson "is the only American Idol". So, I apologize for my endorsement of BLAKE LEWIS to be the new American Idol.
He is who is singing currently on this blog - He is unique, funky, and just plain cool. I want him to be my friend. Jordan and I have gotten utterly addicted to this season and are crossing our fingers for Blake. We also like Melinda and Chris Richardson (bc he is a J. Timberlake clone) .

Honestly, I don't know why they keep looking. They already found Kelly! There can be no "new" American Idol until she dies or abdicates the throne. The succesive seasons have all be contests for runner-up, an heir if you like.
And, just in case you all thought she had disappeared, the new single has just hit airwaves and the new album (number 3 if you're counting) is due out in early summer.
Becca.... seriously... update your blog. When I'm on these 4 day alerts, the blogs are one of the few things I look forward to and for some reason it is practically the only "entertainment" category website that I can look at online that the Air Force doesn't block.
