Wallace Update

X-Rays showed that there is no foreign body in wallace's tummy - which is good. Blood work will tell if there is something outside of the intestinal tract or disease - We will find out tomorrow and as for right now Wallace is fasting until the morning and then the Bland Diet/Pepcid AC for him!... I'll keep you posted.

New Blogger on the Block!

I am thrilled my cousin Lindsey has a blog - I have added a link to the right so you can check it out! She is great and so is her blog! Check our her AWESOME photography while you're there -

This and That

Hi everyone out there! Jordan is currently in Las Vegas for the Bighorns Tryouts and he took the camera. So, I am sans pictures, but not things to blog about!
Wallace is at the Vets office getting some x-rays :( I took him out this morning to throw the ball at the park and when we got home I realized he had thrown up blood in the back seat of the car and wasn't moving - So, I had a freak-out moment, took a deep breath and called the Vet. After a little while he had started moving again Phew!! So, he is there now - and I am just waiting to see whats going on!

I'm not good at this kind of thing when Jordan is not around- and wallace is not exactly small enough for me to pick up on my own. So, that's that!

Our First Year

I am finally sitting down to write about our first year as a married couple (July 8th) !

Wow. Never thought I'd be in writing this from Helena, MT. In fact, I didn't really even know where Helena was on a map before we were married (pronounced Hell-in-uh, or you an call it Hel-Town as the kids say)

When we were debating whether we would be coming to MT , we seriously thought about sending Jordan to work for the hockey season while I stayed behind to finish school. The reaction was the same from both sets of parents - "Whether you stay in CO or move to MT, go together. " It was the best advice we've ever been given - Thank you.
(I guess there's a reason they have been married since the beginning of time :)

I cannot imagine all that we would have missed out on, had we lived apart for this last year. The transition to MT was quite honestly the hardest thing I have been through, but having this whole year together- to grow and get to know eachother as a married couple has been the best. It's amazing how much you learn about your spouse the first year - I'm a little more scattered (let's call it a free spirit) than Jordan realized and he is more Obsessive-Compulsive than I thought....You choose to ignore some things while in the dating phase :)

Jordan is my greatest friend and supporter and motivator - and I thank God for all the blessings in my life, but especially for my Husband.

4th of July Festivities!

Yesterday Jordan and I took care of somethings around the house before heading over to the Cunningham's house for a BBQ - Here are some pictures of the ginormous water slide in their back yard (whatever happened to the regular old sprinkler?), the twins, and some fireworks-

The Sparklers I insisted we go get and the table runner Jordan's Aunt Mary Anne made for us!

The afore mentioned Water Slide

The babies - I can't tell which is which from this picture

I think this is Camden -

Nolan and Sparklers-

BIG fireworks- they're legal here so EVERYONE was lighting big giant ones all over the place! I hope everyone had a great 4th !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our First Brewers Game!

Yesterday night was our first Helena Brewers Baseball game! Dana and I had to work until about 6:30 , so we headed straight to the game after work - What a way to to kick off the 4th of July!! Throughout the game I kept saying, "My Dad would just love this!" They even had a Slush Puppy machine!
Afterwards we headed downtown to Miller's Crossing for a couple brewskis and then called it a night - Tonight we're bbq-ing at the Cunningham's and then back to the grindstone tomorrow :( I could really get used to having Wednesdays off!
HAPPY 4th OF JULY!!! AND STAY SAFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
