Uneventful Weekend!

On Friday night Bobby came over to hang out with us because Dana was out of town :( He and Jordan cooked some delicious hamburgers in the backyard, with a tiny little camping grill! Yummy in my tummy! I crashed out early, while they stayed up playing some video games.

Early Saturday morning, Jordan introduced me to hard core garage-sale-ing! What a great weekend to start, because Sunhaven, a local neighborhood was having their annual Yard-Sale EXTRAVAGANZA!!! We parked the car and hit probably 30 yard-sales... I think garage sales are great if

A.) If you're looking for something imparticular

B.) If you have kids

C.) If you are a kid.

We did not fall into any of these categories but came away with some Garth Brooks Cd's, a Collective Soul CD and two awesome lawn chairs! It was mostly just fun hanging out and walking around together...

Jordan went golfing and I headed to the mall to try and find a wonderful dress for Lindsey's Wedding.......We ended the evening with a late dinner @ Silverstar followed by a 10:00 pm showing of the movie Hot Fuzz. It was funny but took a weird, dark turn like most British Comedies do. We finally headed to bed around 1:30 pm , which these days is LATE!

Thats that, love to you all!!!

To our Super- Moms!

This is Jordan and his Mom

This is me and my mom, in Hawaii... I'm sure you all needed the captions.

Jordan and I frequently talk about how we are so extremely blessed to love all members, on both sides of our family beyond comprehension. We count ourselves lucky. But today is Mother's Day and Jordan and I just wanted to make it clear how much we love and admire, and cherish our Mommies! You two are phenomenal women, and it's no accident that you both turned out some pretty decent children ! We love you both and wish, so badly, that we could be in CO to spend today with you! Hope there is no blizzard there today :)

Earthquake in MT!

Today I experienced my first earthquake. Yes, in Montana.

At 9:45 am a lady from upstairs came down to the Salon and asked if we had felt the tremors... I hadn't felt a thing but, a client said she noticed our mirrors shaking, but didn't mention it b/c she thought I had bonked it from the opposite side. Apparently it was really shaky up on the third and fourth floors, but we didn't feel a thing on the ground level. Weird. It was a 4.6 on whatever scale they use to measure these things (Rictor?) .

Missoula Garden City BrewFest!

On Saturday morning we headed to Missoula for the day. Jordan's job was to get two kegs up and running by noon, and then come back to tear it down by eight pm...piece of cake! We set them up, grabbed a couple brewskis and enjoyed people watching. By two o'clock there were tons of people... I would say mostly puppies, babies, and dreadlocks... It was awesome! We walked all around downtown, drove to the U of Montana campus, and then had dinner at El Cazador, a yummy Mexican restaurant that was PACKED for Cinco de Mayo. Wallace was such a well-behaved puppy on our trip... The next post is a hacky-sacker that jordan caught on his phone.

Weekend

We are going to Missoula tomorrow for a BrewFest that Jordan has to set up... I'm super excited to be able to visit stores I haven't been to in a very long time! and we also have a gift certificate to spend at a restaurant called The Depot! I will take pictures on our trip so you guys don't have to look at all the clip art junk I've been posting .

All I want this Cinco de Mayo is a trip to The Rio - a strawberry marg with sugar around the rim and chicken nachos. Is that too much to ask?

To Copy Whitney...

Dear Laura,

Thank you very much for my raise (mine was not super-fatty, but fatty enough )! It is very much appreciated and I think you are a fine boss to have!
Yours truly,
Becca
